Governance

A Board of Governance forms the governing body of HepatitisWA. It comprises representatives from a range of stakeholders including consumers, health and welfare professionals and interested community members.

Nicole Jolly

Chairperson

Nicole is a qualified social worker, and mother of two, since 1994 she has worked across Government and non-Government trauma, high risk adolescent and youth mental health services. Nicole has an MBA and is a Graduate, and member, of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is passionate about directorship.

Justin Kwok

Secretary

Justin has strong experience in community work and volunteering, particularly with CALD (culturally and linguistically diverse) communities, in both “hands-on” and board capacities. Justin’s professional background is corporate and commercial law and he enjoys applying his legal skills in the community sector as a board member on HepatitisWA (Inc.) and a volunteer lawyer for a community legal centre.

Danielle Spagnolo

Kate Lawrence

Kate is a pharmacist currently working in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to this, she has worked in public health locally, nationally and internationally; in public hospitals and with the Commonwealth Department of Health.

Louise Southalan

Pramod Kapoor

A telecommunications engineer with a background of defence services in the early part of career followed by long stints with SIEMENS and Nokia Siemens Networks as a program/project manager and solutions manager. Interests include working in the disability sector, education of underprivileged and public health.

Rachel Pearce

Rachel has over 10 years’ experience working in the not for profit sector with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. She is currently working at Ishar Multicultural Women’s Health Services where she is responsible for a range of health-related programs. Rachel has a Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics and has completed a Diploma of Management. She is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Scott Walkinshaw

Scott Walkinshaw is CFO of Marmon Crane Australia, a subsidiary of Warren Buffet’s Berkshire Hathaway Inc. Scott has been a Chartered Accountant for 10 years, starting his career with PwC in New Zealand. Since 2010 he has worked predominantly in service-based organisations servicing the resources sector.  Scott holds an MBA from UWA and is a member of the AICD.
